The Job Role

  • Owing to continued expansion, Hurst Media Company is currently seeking a number of ambitious, driven and passionate Media Sales Consultants, who can grow, impress and progress within our company.
  • The role is telephone-based, selling print and digital advertising solutions to both SMEs and blue-chip companies across the UK.
  • This will require the ability to continuously find and identify new sales leads, and the confidence and sales ability to then turn these leads into advertisers within our various products and services. Maintaining client relationships and booking repeat business is also a significant part of what we do.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will be hard-working, money-driven and motivated to succeed in sales.
  • They will be an articulate communicator with a pleasing and professional telephone manner.
  • They will have an excellent command of the English language, a positive outlook and be resilient in handling rejection.
  • Experience in media/advertising sales is not essential for the right candidate, however would be an advantage.

Job Type:

  • Full time
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, in-office working

  • Base salary between £25,000 – £30,000 based on experience
  • OTE salary £60,000 – £100,000
